For bookings of 25–48 guests, a minimum food and drink spend applies when booking online, calculated as a percentage per person.

GROUP BOOKING FAQS

Why is there a minimum spend on food and drink?

For groups of 25 to 48 guests, your booking includes a minimum food and drink spend per person. You can use this spend to pre-order food and drinks during the booking process, with the option to add more if you wish. This makes planning your group event, party or celebration at TOCA Social simple, with food and drinks ready to enjoy alongside your interactive football games.

How is my minimum spend calculated?

The minimum spend is based on a percentage of the game price per person.

Can I still complete my group booking without spending the minimum on food and drink?

If your selected food and drink items don’t meet the package minimum, you can either add more items from the available packages or use the remaining credit towards a food and drink tab, rounded up to the nearest £15. This gives you the flexibility to build your TOCA Social food and drink package around your group and make the most of your visit.

Within my group booking can only some players have the extra 30 minutes?

No. If extra time is available and selected, it applies to every player and all boxes in the booking.

Will our group be together?

Your TOCA Social game boxes will be located within the same designated area of the venue. While we’ll always aim to keep your boxes together, depending on the combination of boxes booked, they may not be directly next to each other.

Can I book for a large group at TOCA Social tomorrow?

For a group visit of 25–48 players. To help us get everything ready for your group, online bookings are available up to 3 days before your visit.

Can I add more players to my group after booking?

Subject to availability, you can add extra players to your booking, up to a maximum of 48 guests. Each additional player will be charged at the game-time portion of the per-person booking rate, so your whole group can enjoy the interactive football experience together.

What will I receive if I reduce the number of players for my group booking?

If you remove a player more than 48 hours before your booking, you’ll receive a refund for that player’s game time. Cancellations or player removals made within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable.
