Game durations depend on your group size and booking selection, typically ranging from 45 to 90 minutes. Please note that all booked playing times include 5 minutes at the end of your session for box turnover, allowing you to cool down and order post-match refreshments.
TOCA Social pricing is charged per person, not per hour. Prices vary depending on the venue location, day of the week, time of day, and session popularity, giving you flexibility to find great-value off-peak slots.

Yes, you can add extra guests to your existing booking up to 48 hours before your arrival (subject to box capacity). Additional guests will be charged at the standard cost per person rate and can be added by contacting our Guest Services Team HERE
To cancel or reschedule a standard box booking, contact Guest Services at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund or date change.

We release new box booking slots on the first Monday of every month, opening availability 6 months in advance. During peak festive periods (November & December), slot release dates may vary. Larger corporate events (49+ guests) can be booked up to 12 months in advance Here
We do not operate a formal waiting list. Our online booking calendar shows real-time availability. If a cancellation occurs, the slot is immediately released back onto the live booking calendar, so we recommend checking back regularly.

We do not currently offer takeaway at TOCA Social.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all physical shop items and unredeemed gift cards, starting from the original date of purchase or delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

TOCA Social is a family-friendly venue during the day, welcoming guests of all ages.
• Daytime & Early Evening: Open to all ages (under 18s must be supervised by an adult).
• Evening Policy (Post-7:00 PM / 8:00 PM): Venues transition to 18+ only environments. Valid physical photo ID is required upon entry.

Parking availability depends on the venue location:
• The O2 (London): Parking is available in Car Parks 2, 3, or 4 at The O2 (charges apply).
• Westfield White City (London): Dedicated multi-story parking available directly inside Westfield Shopping Centre.
• Bullring & Grand Central (Birmingham): Parking is available at Bullring Centre Car Parks or Grand Central Car Park.
Yes, all guests visiting during 18+ evening hours or purchasing alcohol must present a valid, physical photo ID (Passports, UK Driver's Licenses, or PASS accredited cards). Digital photos or screenshots of ID are not accepted.
Yes, all TOCA Social venues are 100% cashless. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay throughout the venue.
Yes, cloakroom facilities are available at all TOCA Social venues to store coats, bags, and personal belongings. Please speak to our host team upon arrival for rates and assistance.
Yes, our venues are designed to be accessible, offering step-free access to major playing boxes, dining areas, bar spaces, and accessible restrooms. If you or a guest require specific accessibility accommodations, please contact Guest Services prior to your visit.
Registered service and guide dogs are warmly welcomed at all TOCA Social venues. Other pets and non-service animals are not permitted inside playing or dining areas.
Up to 12 guests can share a single playing box session. While 1 to 6 players play individually, groups larger than 6 will pair up on the pitch so everyone stays involved in the high-tech mini-games. See Video Here
We try our best to place separate bookings together, but side-by-side placement cannot be guaranteed if boxes were booked independently. For groups requiring adjacent boxes, we strongly recommend booking a multi-box package directly through our Events Team here
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and flat sports trainers suitable for football. High heels, boots, and open-toed footwear are strictly not permitted in playing boxes.
• Turf Notice: Light-colored or white trainers may absorb pigment from artificial turf.
• Boot Room Rentals: You can rent dedicated playing trainers at our venue Boot Room for £2 per pair (socks required).
Yes, you can pre-order food sharing platters, drink bundles, and party upgrades online during checkout when making your box booking. Pre-ordering ensures your food and drinks are ready shortly after you step onto the pitch.
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome at TOCA Social. You do not need a game booking to enjoy our bar and restaurant spaces. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can book a dining table in advance via our website here
Yes! Chef-driven street food platters, snacks, cocktails, and drinks can be ordered directly to your box via our digital QR menus. We recommend ordering early so food service runs seamlessly alongside your game time.
With the exception of birthday cakes for booked celebrations, outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted. We offer an extensive menu featuring sharing platters, burgers, vegan options, and desserts.
We take food allergies seriously. Comprehensive allergen matrixes for all food and drink items are available at our venues and online. Our team is fully trained in allergy safety procedures—please inform your host of any severe allergies upon arrival.

Event cancellations made with more than 14 days' written notice allow your deposit to be transferred toward a future booking within 6 months. Cancellations within 14 days of the event date will result in deposit forfeiture. Contact your dedicated Event Manager or call 0330 460 9761.
Our kids' parties are based on ability rather than strict age limits, if a child can kick a ball, they can play! Game difficulty levels can be adjusted on the digital screen.
Yes! You are welcome to bring a birthday cake for booked birthday parties and celebrations. Please note that all other outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
