Do you take large event bookings?

A date I want to book isn’t available, can I get on a waiting list?

The most up to date availability will always be displayed on our booking calendar. We do not have a waiting list, but if there is a cancellation, the date will be released back onto the calendar.

When are new booking dates released?

On the first Monday of each month, we release availability for the following three months. During the festive season (November and December), release times may vary and slots may be published later than usual.

For the latest updates, we recommend signing up to our mailing list or following us on social media, where all release dates are announced.

Larger events of 25 or more, can be booked at any time in advance through our Events enquiry page here.

How do I cancel my box booking?

From January-November, bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to be entitled for a full refund. During the month of December, bookings must be cancelled a minimum of 14-days before the scheduled start time to be entitled for a full refund. These timelines also apply if you wish to reduce the number of guests on your booking and receive a partial refund.

If you would prefer to reschedule your booking, our team will do their best to accommodate your nearest preferred date and time whenever possible.

If you need to add more guests to your booking, the same time frames apply. Payment for additional guests must be completed before your visit, and our Guest Service Team will provide a payment link for your convenience.

What should I wear to play?

We highly recommend that you wear a pair of sneakers or indoor cleats suitable to play soccer and avoid injury while playing. Also, the color of the turf in your box’s playfield can potentially stain footwear, especially light-coloured shoes (i.e. white, cream). Don’t have the right shoes on but still want to get in on the action?

You can rent a pair of indoor cleats for $5 from the Boot Room. As with any sports activity, shoes and clothing may get scuffed or stained during play, so please play at your own risk.

Can I pre-order food and drinks for my visit?

Absolutely! We have food and beverage options available as upgrades during the booking process. We have everything from shareables to mains, and a special Little Ballers menu for any kids in the group!

Can I have my two single box bookings together?

No, we cannot guarantee single box bookings will be next to each other, even if they are made for the same day or for back-to-back time slots.

For groups of 12–24 guests who require side-by-side boxes, please make one reservation for the total number of players.

How many people play per box?

Up to 12 can play in a box, if there are more than six in your group, you can pair up on the pitch. Please note, boxes that are booked on two separate bookings cannot be amended to be next to one another.

Can I add more people to my booking?

Yes, you can add more people to your booking. However, you will be charged for additional guests. This will need to be paid for via our customer service channel. 

Please note, changes must be communicated at least 48 hours before your booking time. If changes are requested within 48 hours of your booking time, we cannot make any guarantees but will do our best to accommodate the request.

Are there age restrictions?

TOCA Social is great for fans of all ages! Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 at all times. The venue will be (21+) during specified times.

Sunday-Wednesday - All Ages, all day!

Thursday - Saturdays - 21+ after 8pm

Is there a minimum group size?

TOCA Social is best enjoyed with a group, so the minimum group size for online bookings is 2 guests.

But, if you’re trying to get in some extra time, individual bookings may be available on a walk-in basis. Individual bookings are for 1-guest only and are subject to current availability.

What are the prices to play?

Pricing starts at $15 per person. For accurate pricing information for your preferred date and time, please check the Book Now section.

Is the price per hour?

No, the pricing is per person. Please note, pricing varies based on seasonality.

How do I make a booking?

How long will my game be?

Your game time will depend on your group size. The group sizes and their corresponding game times are available below:

2-3 players = 30 minutes

4-6 players = 45 minutes

7-8 players = 60 minutes

9 players = 75 minutes

10-12 players = 90 minutes

13 - 16 players = 60 minutes, 2 adjacent boxes

17 - 20 players = 75 minutes, 2 adjacent boxes

21 - 24 players = 90 minutes, 2 adjacent boxes

Please note, your booked time will include 5 minutes of cleaning up at the end of your match, so you'll have time to cool down and get some post-match refreshments to refuel.

Do you cater for vegans?

While we don’t have any Vegan specific items on our menu, we can substitute Jackfruit to make a Vegan option. Vegetarian options are available and clearly marked on the menu. If you don’t find something that fits your dietary needs, please let us know and we will work with you to accommodate.

Some members of our group have food allergies, what is your allergen process?

We are happy to provide all allergen information for each dish available at TOCA social. Our team is also trained in proper allergy procedures that include extra steps to avoid any potential contact with the allergen while preparing the meal.

Can I bring my own food into the venue?

With the exception of store-bought or bakery-made birthday cakes, we kindly ask that you do not bring food into the venue. Our menu has delicious options suited to nearly all dietary needs!

Can I order food to eat in my box?

Yes, we offer food and beverage service to all boxes, but bear in mind it may take up some of your play time!

We just want to visit to eat & drink, but we don’t want to play the game, is that okay?

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome at TOCA Social! Even if you’re not playing the game, we’ve got a great menu with elevated comfort food favorites and mouthwatering drinks to satisfy all tastes.

Can we bring a cake to a birthday party?

Yes, we do allow store-bought or bakery-made cakes for birthday parties, but we kindly ask that you do not bring in any other food or drinks to the venue.

How old do children have to be for a kid’s party?

There is no minimum age requirement when booking a kid’s party. If the children are old enough to be able to kick a ball, they should be old enough to play. Difficulty levels can be adjusted for each player and our soccer balls are much smaller than standard sized soccer balls.

Can I bring my dog?

Service and guide dogs are welcome at TOCA Social, but all other furry friends need to stay at home.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Our venue is wheelchair-friendly and allows for wheelchair access around our venue and an elevator to the second level. However, there are some areas of the venue where 1-2 steps may be required.

Do you have a coatroom?

Yes, please ask one of our teammates upon arrival and we will get you situated.

Is TOCA Social cashless?

Yes, TOCA Social is a cashless venue. We accept all card types, as well as Google and Apple Pay.

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes, it is important that you have your ID with you during your visit, as we may require proof of age upon entry. Please note an original form of ID, like a driver’s license or passport, is required at all times and if a valid ID is not presented, the venue may refuse entry.

Is there parking available?

Yes, you may park in any of the free Grandscape parking areas. We are located nearest to the parking garage off of Destination drive.

Are you open to all ages?
