The Player's Lounge can be found on the upper mezzanine overlooking the main venue so you can soak up the atmosphere from your very own exclusive floor.

In our Executive Boxes you will find two private Boxes for game time and plenty of networking spaces in between.

Located on the upper mezzanine level of the venue, this space is perfect for up to 50 guests whilst offering that VIP exclusive environment.

How is the food served?

For your party you will get to choose a selection of sharing platters for your party. Indulge into some flavourful festive favourites as well as dishes influenced by American Diner, Latin-America and Asian cuisines. Designed to unite guests in shared enjoyment. Your food will be served in your box roughly 30 minutes after arrival We can cater for all dietary requirements.

What is included in the drinks selection?

Welcome Drinks: Will be a selection of bottled beer, house wine and softs / non alcoholic beers, enough for 1 drink per person. These will be in your box/ area on arrival

House Drinks: Will be any drink from our YELLOW CARD menu

Premium Drinks: Will be any drink from our RED CARD menu

  • Non-alcoholic drinks available for all packages
How much game time will I get?

The number of boxes (Fixtures) and game time will depend on your group size, your personal event manager will be able to talk you through how this works

Can I get a reserved area after my game?

Reserved areas are dependent on availability, please speak with your event manager for availability

I have a party under 25 people can I book?

Online bookings for 2 – 24 people are released 1 month prior, if you are a group over 12 looking for a package complete and online form HERE and the events team can guide you through options

Can we mix packages?

All your party must be on the same package

How does the unlimited (Sleigh The Night Away) package work?
  1. The offer is strictly limited to a maximum of 120 minutes per person. This time limit includes time for gameplay and eating and drinking.
  2. If guests are late for their booking this may reduce the overall time limit that they are allowed. The duty manager can use their discretion to extend the end time if the party are late for their booking start time, but the overall time allowed will never be increased.
  3. All guests are met on arrival by a member of the Venue Team and will each be provided with a wristband once their payment has been confirmed for the package. The offer will include food and drink items from the Red Card Menu. Guests are notable to disapply food items from the package, and all guests will be required to order food.
  4. Orders by guests can be completed through Servers only. Guests will be advised of this on arrival and throughout their stay.
  5. Guests must finish their existing drink before ordering another. No guest will be permitted to have more than one drink at any one time. The Venue Team will be on hand to manage this.
